Ahuja Valecha and Associates (the Firm)was established in the year 2005,by Lalit Valecha
and Deepak Ahuja. The Partners are qualified members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of India, and have a collective experience of over 10 years having worked with Price Waterhouse
and Deloitte. They were key members on statutory audit assignments of companies engaged in diverse
industries like Information Technology, banks, heavy engineering, automotive ancillaries, paper manufacturing,
and consumer durables having revenues ranging from INR 75 Million to INR 7,000 Million.
For over three years partners have been engaged in professional practice rendering Assurance, Tax Advisory,
Compliance, US GAAP, IFRS and Other services to a large array of clients.
